Support Request Form
Looking for support? The USO Hawaii Team is here to help. USO Hawaii focuses on ways to engage and connect with service members and their families. Our priority is creating experiences and providing resources that make a lasting impact. We can do this by supporting events you are hosting or by hosting one of our customizable events directly for your unit.
*Request are contingent upon available staff and resources. Priority will be given to those units/commands/groups who have not received support yet this year.
*Please submit your request as far in advance as possible but at minimum 2 weeks prior to the event date. A member of the USO Hawaii staff will reach out to you within 1 week.
