Special Delivery Dads Shower at Marine Corps Base Hawaii with Heidi Murkoff, the best-selling author of the “What to Expect” book series and founder of the What to Expect Foundation hosts Special Delivery event along with a book signing, photos, and hugs all around!

USO Hawaii celebrates new and expecting moms with the USO Special Delivery tour, made possible by our incredible partnership with Heidi Murkoff, What To Expect, and Target. Together, we hosted baby showers at Marine Corps Base Hawaii and Schofield Barracks for nearly 200 military moms-to-be. Attendees received a gift bag to welcome baby and a book from the What to Expect series.

Heidi Murkoff, the best-selling author of the “What to Expect” book series and founder of the What to Expect Foundation hosted each event along with a book signing, photos, and hugs all around!

The USO Special Delivery tour also included Dad Showers at both locations, a visit to the Tripler Labor and Delivery unit, and a reunion for families who have attended showers in previous years to reunite with Heidi. Thank you to all those who participated or volunteered to make these events possible!
