USO Honolulu Welcomes Newly Graduated Physicians
USO Honolulu welcomed 60 new physicians graduates to Hawaii with a special event! Every year on June 1st, newly graduated physicians arrive in Honolulu to continue their medical studies and this year we welcomed these graduates with Aloha. The USO Honolulu was their first stop for them and their family and where they took the Army Oath of Office. This new class of physician’s will spend anywhere from one to six years completing their training at Tripler Army Medical Center. Once their residency is complete they will continue to serve on active duty at a duty station that needs them the most.
Thank you for sharing this very important day with us and we wish you the best in your Army career!
The USO strengthens America’s military service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country, throughout their service to the nation. What does it take to connect our service members and their families to family, home and country? It takes a Force. Learn how you can Be The Force Behind the Forces with the USO at
