USO Hawaii invites you to join our Run4USO 35k Virtual Mileage Challenge! Active-duty, National Guard, and Reserve United States military personnel and their dependents who are stationed on the island of Oahu, Kauai, Maui, Big Island and 13 years or older at the time of entry can enter for a chance to win prizes and work towards a personal record!

USO WAIVER, RELEASE, AND GRANT OF RIGHTS AGREEMENT

What: USO Hawaii Run 4 USO Virtual Mileage Challenge

When: April 16 - May 4, 2020

CHALLENGE ENTRY PERIOD: The USO Hawaii Run4USO Virtual Mileage Challenge (“Challenge”) begins on April 16, 2020 at 12:00 a.m. HST and ends on May 4, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. HST (the “Challenge Entry Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: Active duty, National Guard, and Reserve United States military personnel and their dependents who are stationed on the island of Oahu, Kauai, Maui or Big Island and 13 years or older at the time of entry can enter for a chance to win one (1) of sixteen (16) prizes. Employees, directors, and officers of the United Service Organizations, Inc. (“USO,” the “Sponsor,” and the “Administrator”), USO’s affiliates, and each of their respective advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Challenge Entities”), and their immediate family members and/or those living within the same household of each are eligible to enter the Challenge but are ineligible to win a prize. Challenge is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER

1. To enter the Challenge, log into your Facebook account, search for the USO Hawaii Run4USO Virtual Mileage Challenge Facebook Group page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/USOHawaiiRun4USO/)

2. Request to join this Facebook Group. All participants are required to enter the Challenge via this Facebook Group.

3. Each participant will be required to respond to Challenge eligibility questions, and a USO staff member will review such responses to determine whether he/she is approved to join the Facebook Group.

4. After a participant is approved via the Facebook Group, the Facebook Group will direct him/her to join the Challenge in the Nike Run Club App.

5. “Friend” USO Hawaii, and a USO Hawaii staff member will approve him/her for the USO Hawaii Nike Run Club App Challenge #Run4USO.

6. Participants can run or walk the Challenge.

7. All Challenge participants are required to execute a USO Waiver, Release, and Grant of Rights Agreement (“USO Waiver”), and each minor who participates must have a parent or legal guardian execute a USO Waiver on his/her behalf.

8. One (1) entry per person. To qualify for the Challenge, entrants must be approved via the Facebook Group and the Nike Run Club App within the Challenge Entry Period.

How to win/participate

Participants can run or walk the challenge, must be added to the USO Hawaii Nike Challenge to be entered to win.

Total of (16) prizes will be awarded to:

The top (3) finishers on the Nike Run Club Challenge

One winner each week from a challenge posted in the FB group, selected randomly

(10) participants selected randomly from the overall challenge finishers (must complete the challenge)

April 17: Challenge 1 – Get the challenge started and share your 1st run selfie

April 24: Challenge 2 – Mid challenge – share the song that pumps you up the most

May 1: Challenge 3 – May the Force Be With you – End the challenge strong – share your proudest moment or PR (personal record) for the challenge!

1. Top 3 Challenge Finishers & (10) Random Challenge Finishers:

-one (1) electronic gift card to DoorDash, Grubhub or Bite Squad, valued at $20 each.
