The time to be batty, creepy, chilly, eerie, ghostly and downright scary!đź‘» Join us for some Halloween fun here at the USO Fort Shafter parking lot. We will be joined by many supporting units and base support groups who will show off their best Halloween themed trunks! Please dress to empress in your Halloween best! #theUSO
